Oatmeal For Dinner: When the "With Oatmeal" cassette was recorded, I had advanced my recording technique to stuffing pillows into two large cardboard boxes, placing these in front of the amps, and placing a microphone inside to dampen the sound as I recorded into a boom box. This song was very much influenced by "The Power Of Independent Trucking" off of Big Black's "Songs About Fucking" album.
